Treat Day! - CREAMY CHICKEN LASANGE

Ingredients
4x chicken breasts (skinless)
1x lasagne white sauce
1x brocolinni bunch
1x can sweetcorn
2x garlic clove
10x mushrooms
1x 250ml single cream
1/2 cup chicken stock
s+p
lasagne sheetsgrated cheese, topping
Method
Cut chicken into 3cm wide strips, Cook chicken in a pan on med heat with a little olive oil and crushed garlic until brown on both sides. Cut up brocolinni into 3cm bits and add to pan along with sweetcorn. cook until the brocolinni is just tender. Add cream and stock little at a time and leave to simmer for a few mins, season. To make the 'lasagne' start with a pyrex dish and the bottom layer will be chicken. Put enough to cover the bottom of the dish and layer one layer of pasta sheet, cover with white sauce and then chicken again. Once ou have run out of chicken mix do the final layer of white sauce and then cover with cheese. Oven on 180 (160 fan assisted) and cook for 45 mins on middle shelf. Serve with garlic bread and green salad! PERFECT!
