BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Drink this smoothie for breakfast or before a cardio workout, or post workout. This is also great after a weight lifting workout because of the carbohydrates from the oats and the banana. If you’re improving your lifestyle with exercise, you must follow that up with an optimal diet to get the best results including feeling your absolute best. Ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup gluten-free oats 1/2 tbsp. cacao powder 1 tbsp. coconut oil 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 scoop hemp or protein powder 1 cup almond milk Instructions: Blend on high until smooth and enjoy.
